GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Spring is here and warm weather should be coming soon, making it a good time to start getting outside and getting active.

FOX 17 spoke with Allison Land, community outreach and programs coordinator for Michigan-based athletics company, Gazelle Sports to give running tips for both new runners, and experienced runners.
