Trick-or-treat night set at Lake County Captains’ Classic Park - cleveland.com

EASTLAKE, Ohio – The Lake County Captains will host their inaugural trick-or-treat night at Classic Park on Saturday, Oct. 16.

The Halloween-themed event is scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. and will feature trick-or-treat stations, costume contests, photo opportunities, children’s characters, inflatables and more. Admission is free.

Minor-league parks have embraced non-baseball events in recent years, with ballparks bringing in a variety of concerts, beer-wine fests, movie nights and comedy shows on dates when the team is on the road or in the off-season.

Classic Park is at 35300 Vine St., Eastlake.

The Captains’ season ended Sunday. The high-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians finished the regular season 65-55 but missed out on the playoffs.
