There are select instances wherein celebrations overshadow the actual cause for the aforementioned festivities. On Monday, this happened to be the case for Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors. The Dubs superstar effortlessly nailed another insane trick shot during warm-ups and it prompted an even more sensational celebration from the entire team.
It’s not that Steph’s shot wasn’t mind-numbing. It’s just that the post-shot celebration was what took the cake on this particular occasion (h/t Ballislife.com on Twitter):

Steph threw that ball so high up that the camera was no longer able to capture the vertex. It’s just crazy to think how the Warriors guard was able to get that ball into the bottom of the net. Even crazier still is how he celebrated with his Dubs teammates as if they had just won a championship.
It’s great to see the Warriors in high spirits in spite of the fact that they are currently in the midst of a bit of a slump. Curry and Co. have lost two out of their last three games, including a surprise defeat at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday. The Dubs are looking to bounce back on Tuesday against the Orlando Magic.
