Esposito would close the gap to two at the intermission with a free-position goal and then Guerra opened the second half scoring with her second of the contest to make it a one-goal game.
Stony Brook would use a 6-0 run spanning the third and fourth quarter to take a commanding lead before Guerra closed the scoring in the game and completed her hat trick with 53 seconds remaining.
Junior Taylor Mennella had two assists for the Pride, which got a strong game from freshman Brynn Hepting who had a game-high six draw controls, along with a ground ball and a caused turnover.
