NXT Stand & Deliver Results – April 6, 2024
WWE NXT Stand & Deliver begins with a kickoff match between Shawn Spears and Joe Gacy.
Kickoff Match – Shawn Spears vs. Joe Gacy
Ridge Holland hits Joe Gacy with a steel chair from behind on his way to the ring as Shawn Spears looks on. Gacy gets in the ring and insists he’s ready to fight, and the referee rings the bell. Gacy starts off hot with a flurry, but Spears manages to get things under control relatively quickly.
Spears focuses on Gacy’s back and hits him with a backbreaker. Gacy fights back, and the two men get into a chop battle. Spears wins the battle, putting Gacy in a Boston Crab. Gacy manages to escape and gets to the top rope, hitting Spears with a crossbody. A quick cover followed by a quick kickout.
Gacy continues on the offensive with various strikes and a German Suplex. Joe Gacy hits a Lionsault, and Spears kicks out at two. The match heads to ringside, and Spears manages to retain control, dropping Gacy on his injured back across the hardest part of the ring.
Spears gets Gacy back in the ring and goes for the C4, but Gacy manages to escape. Gacy hits a uranage for another two count. Gacy regains control for a bit but misses a Swanton Bomb off the top rope. Spears capitalizes with a Pedigree, but Gacy kicks out at two.
Spears attempts C4 again, and Gacy reverses it, hitting Upside Down World on Spears to score the pinfall victory.
Winner – Joe Gacy
A video package airs recapping Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams’ rivalry. These two men will main event NXT Stand & Deliver this afternoon.

Meta-Four opens the premium live event as the hosts of NXT Stand & Deliver with a video package recapping all the big matches for this afternoon’s show.
NXT Tag Team Championship – Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker (c) vs. Nathan Frazer and Axiom
Axiom and Frazer attack Corbin and Breakker before they get into the ring, diving on them over the top rope. Axiom gets Breakker in the ring to start the match but things quickly change to Corbin and Frazer.
Corbin controls the match early, but a reversal from Frazer allows him to tag in Axiom. Axiom and Frazer hit a double-team move on Corbin and go for a quick pinfall, but Corbin kicks out. Corbin quickly gets things back under control and hits Axiom with a brainbuster.
Corbin tags in Breakker, who hits Axiom with a monster Steiner Line before tagging Corbin right back in. Breakker and Corbin exchange quick tags while they keep Axiom in their corner. Breakker continues to punish Axiom until he attempts another Steiner Line, which gets reversed into a Spanish Fly.
Axiom and Breakker both make tags, and Frazer quickly gets the better of Corbin, hitting him with a running Shooting Star Press for a two-count. More tags take place, and Axiom hits Breakker with a crazy superkick for another two-count.
Axiom goes to the top rope as Breakker tags out to Corbin. However, Breakker doesn’t leave the ring and hits Axiom with a top-rope Frankensteiner. Corbin covers, but Frazer breaks it up. Bron Breakker takes some punishment and gets hit with a top-rope Spanish Fly from Axiom, followed by a top-rope 450 from Frazer. Breakker still manages to kick out at two.
Breakker tags Corbin, who goes to the top rope and hits a big splash on Frazer, but Frazer kicks out at two. Frazer and Axiom take control and brawl with Corbin and Breakker on the outside for a bit before Frazer tosses Corbin back in and hits him with the Phoenix Splash, but Breakker breaks it up.
The finish saw Breakker hit Frazer with a spear while the referee was checking on Axiom. Corbin pins Frazer to retain the titles.
Winners and still champions – Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin
Bron Breakker remains a champion in NXT while on the SmackDown roster
Meta-Four is backstage, and Naom Dar says in order to get paid they need to do some interviews. The four argue over who will interview Oba Femi. Oro Mensah gets the short end of the stick and tries to interview Femi but gets run over instead.
NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Dijak vs. Josh Briggs
Dijak and Josh Briggs star the match by double-teaming Oba Femi. The match goes to the outside, and Femi quickly regains control of the match, tossing Dijak over an empty commentary table.
Femi loses control, and Dijax takes over, tossing the champion into a commentary chair. Dijak goes to the top rope to dive on him, but Briggs grabs Dijak and tosses him into Femi instead, and they topple over with the chair.
Briggs and Dijak take it back to the ring and hit Femi with a double chokeslam. They both go for the pinfall, but Femi still kicks out at two. Femi tries to use his power to take over again but is tossed to the outside. Briggs hits Dijak with a big boot, and Dijak kicks out at two.
Femi tries to get back in the ring and goes over Briggs, who’s going to the top rope, Dijak hits him with a superkick and knocks him back to the floor. Dijak climbs up to fight with Briggs, who gets nailed with a clothesline off the top rope. Briggs goes for the pinfall, but Dijak gets his foot on the ropes.
Femi is back in the ring, and the three men have a chop battle. This results in all three men just going at each other with quick moves, which Dijak eventually wins. Dijak goes for the cover on Briggs, but he kicks out at two. Dijak follows it up with a chokeslam and Briggs kicks out at one that time.
But this doesn’t deter Dijak who hits Briggs with a Canadian Destroyer, but once again, Briggs kicks out. Dijak puts Briggs on his shoulders and goes to climb the turnbuckles, but Femi gets back in the ring, puts Dijak on his shoulders, and drops both men. Femi covers Briggs, but Dijak breaks it up.
Dijak hits Feast Your Eyes on Femi and goes for the cover, but Briggs comes off the top rope with a moonsault, and Dijak moves and connects with Femi. Dijak tosses Briggs out and hits Femi with another Feast Your Eyes and goes for the pin, but the referee is pulled out of the ring at two by Briggs. The crowd chants bullshit.
The three men take the match to the outside, and Briggs puts Femi through the barricade. Dijak immediately capitalizes and hits Briggs with Feast Your Eyes on the outside, tosses him back in the ring, and hits him with it again. Dijak tries to get the win, but Femi reappears and grabs Dijak by the throat. Femi powerbomb Dijak on top of Briggs before pinning Briggs to retain his title.
Winner and still champion – Oba Femi
No title changes thus far at NXT Stand & Deliver
Tony D’Angelo is shown in his locker room with the rest of his family, preparing for his NXT Championship match later this afternoon.
Meta-Four tries to get comments from Thea Hail, Fallon Henley, and Kelani Jordan ahead of their match. Andre Chase warns against it, but Noam doesn’t listen and gets arm-barred by Thea after asking a question about Jayne.
Six-Woman Tag Match – Thea Hail, Fallon Henley, and Kelani Jordan (w/ Chase U) vs. Kiana James, Izzy Dame, and Jacy Jayne (w/ Jazmyn Nix)
James, Dame, and Jayne get control early, attacking their opponents from behind and continuing the beatdown at ringside. Dame starts things with Henley in the ring but Dame quickly tags in James, who gets in a few hits before tagging in Jayne.
Jordan breaks up their flow, allowing Henley to tag Hail, who dives in off the top rope. Jayne goes outside the ring to get away, and Hail goes for another dive, landing on a member of Chase U instead. This allows Jayne to retain control of the match and toss Hail back in the ring.
Hail manages to get a tag to Jordan, who takes control for a while before Dame gets involved and puts things back in her team’s favor. The three women double-team Jordan for a while and James puts her in an abdominal stretch. Jordan escapes but is unable to make a tag, and the beatdown continues.
Jordan finally makes a tag to Henley who comes in with a hot tag, laying into both Dame and James. Jayne chooses to come in and get involved and Henley takes her down too. Henley hits James with a suplex and goes for the cover, but Jayne breaks it up.
James hits Henley with a top rope Spanish Fly, but Henley kicks out at two. The match gets chaotic with some action on the outside until Jayne and Hail end up being the legal women in the ring. With James and Dame laid out at ringside, Jayne has no one to tag. Hail and Jayne start slugging one another. Hail gets the better of the exchange and lands a Lou Thesz Press with punches on Jayne.
James yanks Hail out of the ring and allows Jayne to make the tag to Dame. Dame gets locked in a Kimura by Hail and taps out.
Winners – Thea Hail, Fallon Henley, and Kelani Jordan
Three matches remain on NXT Stand & Deliver
Ava is backstage and says she believes the women are the backbone of NXT. Ava announces that they will soon crown the first-ever women’s North American Champion.
Former STARDOM star Giulia is shown in the crowd ahead of the NXT Women’s Championship match.
NXT Women’s Championship – Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Roxanne Perez
Roxanne immediately goes after Valkyria’s arm. Valkyria tries to fight out of the situation, but Perez refuses to let up on her target. Every time Valkyria takes control, Perez immediately goes back to the arm.
Valkyria tosses Perez outside and then tosses her back in to give herself time to recover. But it doesn’t help as Perez goes right back to working on her injured arm. Perez hits a Russian leg sweep and goes for the pinfall, but Valkyria kicks out.
Perez goes back to working on Valkyria’s arm for a good while. As Perez continues to focus on her arm, Valkyria can’t sustain any offense. Valkyria finally finds some offense with a bunch of strikes, including a Northern Lights suplex, but Perez kicks out.
Valkyria hits a fisherman brainbuster and goes for another pinfall, Perez kicks out once again. Perez and Valkyria fight on the top rope, and it ends with Valkyria hitting a running Liger Bomb. Perez kicks out of that pinfall attempt and rolls out of the ring. Valkyria dives on her, but Perez manages to get back in the ring and dives out with a tornado DDT.
Perez tosses Valkyria into the ring and hits Pop Rox, but the champion kicks out at two. The challenger freaks out and goes back to attacking the arm. Tatum Paxley comes through the crowd. Paxley and Valkyria collide on the outside, which allows Perez to take control again.
After a back-and-forth battle inside the ring, Perez hits Pop Rox again, locks Valkyria in a crossface, and gets the champion to tap out for our first title change of the evening.
Winner and new champion: Roxanne Perez
